IEHEI Alumnus Hendrik THEUNISSEN (IEHEI-Nice 2002-2003) returns to Nice to give a lecture on Multi-level and Multi-actor European Governance for the Federalism and Governance module of the MAEIS. Mr. Theunissen is currently working as Administrator at the Forward Planning, Studies and Academic Unit of the Committee of the Regions of the European Union.
